The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part, Review

Everything’s is not awesome is how the The Lego Movie 2 begins. In fact, the world that the Lego people live in is in complete disaster.  But to one Lego figure living in his own world, everything is still awesome and he is having trouble adjusting to the world he now lives in.

After the attack of taco Tuesday, aliens attack the Lego world and leave Lego city as a wasteland the lego people change to be harder and stronger people.

This movie is one of the most memorable and funniest movies that I have seen in a long time and will not be the easiest to forget.

From beginning to end, this movie was filled with an awesome plot and one of the best plot twists I’ve ever seen.

The one thing I didn’t like about the movie is that I could find no indication about what the part of the plot twist would be, and then one of the characters guesses what it was with no real information to go on!

The fim has a musical element to it that seems to liven up the whole movie itself and would not be as funny as it is without these elements.

For example when we first met the Queen Watevra Wa-Nabi (Tiffany Haddish) we end up getting the idea that she will be our bad guy but is trying to prove that she is not by singing a song about her not being evil. In the end for me gave me the idea without a doubt that she was the villain. The song is very up beat and makes you want to sing along, or a lest listen to it more than once.

Sometimes, a sequels to a movie end up not as good as its predecessor but The Lego Movie 2 was better than the first one and if seen together with the original it would make a long movie that would keep you entertained throughout the whole thing.

I will be looking forward to looking for the release of this movie outside of the theaters just so I can end up watching it all over again and seeing the awesome Lego world once more.
