Student athletes who need to complete their baseline concussion screening witll need to schedule an appointment with Apple Physical Therapy.

Dates available are Jan. 11, 18 or 25. Appointments are free. Screening is required prior to gaining athletic learance for tryouts. Appointments not made for the previously mentioned dates will cost $10. Call (253) 604-0679 to schedule an appointment.
