Puyallup Alumni return home

Kathern Thompson graduated in 1947 and came back to meet the current students. “I lived a good, long, happy life. Although, something that has changed since I graduated is holes in jeans.”
Manford Hogman graduated in 1945 and loved to build. “No one has enjoyed life more than I have. I could not have done anything better that I love more.”
Rachel Baars graduated in 1937 and was excited to come back the assembly to see what friends have returned. “I am proud to be a part of PHS. My favorite part of high school was playing basketball.”
Shirley Bailey-Redford graduated in 1945 and majored in journalism after high school. “I thought of the name ‘The Viking Vanguard’.”

Tommy Haynes graduated in 2004 and is currently a teacher at Kalles. “I loved high school, but I really miss Norselanders, there is something magical about it.”
