Athletic clearances start Aug. 17 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for football only. After that there are clearance days Aug. 18 and 19 from 8 a.m. to noon, Aug. 21 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Aug. 24 and 25 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for all sports.
