Coach Jeffers gave his thoughts on what happened in the game.
“Well, we got to clean up the things we did not [do] well. We scored 27 points without allowing them to score on our defense once. Then they decided they came to play, and I guess our guys decided they were done a little early, so we need to play four quarters,” Jeffers said.
The Vikings have their home opener against the Lincoln Abes next Friday at Carl Sparks Stadium at 7 p.m.
