The Viking dance team had their competition Jan. 12 at Kentwood High School, ending with a score of 205.5.
The girls made it to districts and competed against many schools.
“[It was] exciting, cool to know we are good enough [to move on to districts],” sophomore Madelyn Mintz said.
Their next dance competition is Saturday, Jan. 26 at Redmond.
