Girls basketball beat South Kitsap High School Jan. 5, 42-27.

“We had a pretty slow start but by the second quarter we finally starting moving the ball and getting open looks,” sophomore Payton Worley said.

Worley says she is looking forward to the post season with her varsity squad. 

Puyallup girls basketball lost to Sumner High School Jan. 8, 65-71.

“We played strong for three quarters but the fourth quarter was really off,” junior Hadylie Jeffers said.

Jeffers is on her third year on the team and says she is loving the group. 

Girls basketball lost to Bellarmine High School, Jan. 11, 37-65.

“I thought we put up a good fight for three quarters,” senior Dharma Shah said.
