Post Malone “Hollywood’s Bleeding” Review

In Post Malone’s third full-length album he expresses yet another version of himself. In the past, Malone has released many hip hop/rap singles that have been hits. Songs like “White Iverson” went RIAA “Recording Industry Association of America”  5x Platinum. The difference between his new album and his previous albums is the style of music.

Hollywood’s Bleeding” as a whole is a blend of rhythm and blues, hip hop and rock ‘n’ roll. Some of Malone early fans might be disappointed thinking Malone was releasing another completely filled hip hop album. “Hollywood’s Bleeding,” although different, is receiving the best reviews of his career. Post’s last album “Beerbongs and Bentleys” received a Grammy nominee for best album of the year and that album was only rated as a 51 percent on Metacritic. It has already taken over the number one spot on Rolling Stone from Sept. 6-16.  The video currently has more than 350 million views/streams online.

Malone consistently releases music that’s catchy and that people can relate to.
