PHS Rocks! is a science club that studies rocks, astronomy and geology. They meet in Portable 10 on the first Monday of every month and hopes to make some fun trips to places like the Ape Caves and Mt. St Helens. Kristin Gerhardt, geology teacher and club adviser had a few words to say in regards to the club.

“The Earth is a fascinating place and everyone should get out and play in it on a regular basis,” adviser Gerhardt said. “This is the field trip element to geology, so we’re hoping to get out into nature and have some fun.”
