I wanna write my own book. It would be about on how to deal with situations everyday to help people. I want to help with social anxiety or anxiety itself. Many people dont know how to handle this situation. Most people just take it as a joke but I want to give them some type of comfort that would help them calm down. And know theyre not alone in this. Ive had a few experiences myself and Ive come up with some solutions that might help people get back on track and hopefully get better, sophomore Melissa Valdez said.
