There were many entries in the sewing contest this year. From what was captured in this picture there were three red ribbons, two blue ribbons, and one white ribbon with one of the blue.

One of the winners was Wendy Willats in the 100 division and class 1230. Willats made a black sheer dress with a maroon and black bow. The other winner who was the best in the category was Laura Mendoza in division 100 and class 1130. Mendoza had made a long sleeved grey black dress.

Another one of the contests this year was the salsa showdown. 10 people had competed this year and there was only one blue ribbon winner, one red ribbon, and three yellow ribbon winners.

This years only blue ribbon Salsa Showdown winner was Joyce Casad. In the 121 division at this years 2019 Washington State Fair.

One of the pie contest winners this year was Kelley Maguire, winning with a blue and black berry pie. She had one of the best pies this year.

This years pie contest had many participants. There was a variety of pies, from apple, to blueberry, to pecan. The contest had five blue ribbon winners, four red ribbon winners and four white ribbon winners.

A 14-year-old Heaven S. had won a Blue Award for baking gluten free chocolate chip cookies. She was one of the many winners in the children competition this year.

The annual baking contest at the Washington State Fair has taken place again with the baking of muffins, brownies, cookies, and more. The contestants are given a certain day to start the baking by, this year the day to enter was on August 5,2019 and the first entry to bring in the products was August 16,2019.

Number 13 Luke Holcomb the quarter back had an amazing game on the 13th. He had thrown 5 touchdowns on 21 for 26 attempts and had 301 yards and 13 rushing yards.

The Vikings had a timeout during the first half of the game. They had gone on timeout to go over play calls.

The cheer team had been cheering on the Vikings all night and while supporting the Viks hyping up the crowd. Some of the cheerleaders present who were in this photo were Lizzy Ostlund, Sydney Carey, Cora Suarez, Reese McLean, Alissa Handley, Taylor Rolfness.

During the first quarter there was a flag thrown on the play, because a player was off-sides. The team had still done great aside from the call with winning 42-0.

After the first touch down at 7:16 was thrown by Luke Holcomb (13) and caught by Jaiden Tapec (23). After that play Andrew Eims (5) was the field goal holder while Hayden Lovett (9) kicked the first field goal.

During the first half of the game Emerald Ridge was throwing a touchdown and our Viks Kaden Nelson (8), Charm Pommacha (25), Danny Uluiakepa (25) had run to the end zone and was helping to intercept, while Marquel Thomas (10) and Angel Sanchez (44) were there to intercept the throw. While they were in the end zone the ball was overthrown and it was out of bounds.

The football game on Friday September 13 at Sparks Stadium was against Emerald Ridge. Our Vikings played an amazing game. Some of our Vikings seen in this picture is Ben Schumock (55), Joseph Dwyer (2), Kaden Nelson (8), Sermon Wilson (4). The boys had done a great job in Friday with the ending score being 42-0.
