One of my favorite food recipes to make is my grandma’s signature soft chocolate chip cookies. I have many memories of these delicious cookies made with love.
To start out you get out two sticks of unsalted butter in the morning and let it soften on the counter until you are ready to make the cookies this will ensure the butter is soft and ready to go. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Next, you mix the butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla into a bowl, mix until dough is creamy. Next add eggs and mix again. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking soda, stir by hand until well mixed. Then while mixing the dough slowly add the flower mixture until ingredients are combined. Then hand stir in the chocolate chips. Next use a tablespoon to scoop up dough on to an ungreased cookie sheet, then bake for 10 minutes. After these steps are completed, you will have these delicious chocolate chip cookies. They are so good you may want to keep them all to yourself. Recipe: 1 cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 tsp vanilla, 2 eggs, 3 cups of flour, 1 tsp salt, 1tsp baking soda, 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
